1920's Camco horn speaker
 |

Manufactured in Springwater, New York in the early 1920s, the base of the speaker is metal and the horn is paper-mache. There is a metal cover on the bottom, concealing the driver. It is 23 inches tall and has a 10-inch bell. The neck has an interesting decal that says 'CAMCO / would make the Sphinx hear! / SPRINGWATER, N.Y.' and includes an image of the Sphinx. |
