Gringsby-Grunow-Hinds horn speakers
These speakers have pyralin bells and metal bases with adjustable drivers. Pyralin is an early type of plastic made of flamable nitrocellulose, essentially the same as celluloid but with a different trade name. As you can see, Pyralin could be molded in a wide variety of colors. These were molded with the necks in two halves, glued together, and have a one-piece bell attached to the neck assembly. The 3 pieces used in each bell/neck assembly don't always match perfectly in the colored varieties.
