Crosley VI
First of at least 3 versions of the Crosley model VI, this was introduced in 1922 and sports wooden book condensers and white porcelain tube sockets. 5-ohm rheostats were used to control 1-amp filament tubes operating at 5 volts. Using a good pair of headphones, this plays surprisingly well. Click the photo to see inside.
